atop Mt. Soledad on a quiet cul- de-sac. Overlooks Mission Bay,  
Coronado and Pt. Loma to Mexico.  To the west overlooks green, lush  
part of La Jolla with views to the ocean and sunset.  Easy access to  
all beaches, bay, airport, attractions, restaurants and shopping.  
Living room, formal dining room, eat-in kitchen.  Three bedrooms, 2  
1/2 baths, large outdoor patio area with barbeque and deck.

Vacation Rental Amenities

Fully furnished, has air conditioning, security system, 3 satellite  
TVs (all HD/one 42" plasma with Bose surround sound), broadband  
computer connection. Master bedroom has king sized Tempurpedic bed.   
Other bedrooms have queen and full sized beds.   Community center has  
tennis courts, 2 pools (1 for children, 1 lap pool (heated) for  
adults only, volleyball and basketball courts,gym, sauna, spa and  
clubhouse (approx 2 blocks from house). Gardener and bi-weekly maid  
included.    
Will consider pets on a case by case basis with additional,  
refundable security deposit of $3000.

Activities and Attractions

Beaches, La Jolla Cove, Mission Bay, Sea World (2 miles), San Diego  
Zoo and Wild Animal Park, Del Mar Race track, Disneyland (90 minutes  
north) and Mexico.  All to be enjoyed in balmy, beautiful weather.

Vacation Rental Rates

Summer-June, July, August  ONE month minimum  
$6000 for May or June, $8000 for July or August plus $1500 refundable  
deposit 
 
May consider shorter stay on a case by case basis.
