sparkling Gulf of Mexico and a gorgeous white sand beach. 
 
Escape hectic everyday life and enjoy a break at Whitney Beach.

Vacation Rental Amenities

Whitney Beach is a quiet two story condo community on the North end  
of Long Boat Key with its undeveloped, natural beauty. Unit has 1  
large bedroom with walk in closet along with queen size and twin  
size fold out coaches in the spacious living area. 
 
All linens are provided, full size washer & dryer, back patio with  
furniture, private front patio off bedroom, full kitchen,  
dishwasher, microwave, toaster, coffemaker, AC, cable, VCR, DVD,  
TV(2).

Activities and Attractions

Play tennis or shuffleboard, lounge by one of the heated pools,  
cycle the island by bike (2 bikes), fish from the docks (boat slips  
available, picnic at the community BBQ site, or just stroll along  
the private, white sand beach (lounge chairs on the beach). Golf is  
available in the area as well. 
 
Area is abundant with nature -- birds, manatee, fish.  Wonderful  
walks in the area for those who love nature.

Vacation Rental Rates

December 15 - April 15 - $2,900 a month 
April 15 - August 31 - $1,600 a month 
September - December 15 - $1,700 a month 
 
Plus 10.5% local and state tax. 
Discounts for mult-month rentals will be considered.
