GREAT Vacation Rental located upstairs at 816 Capistrano Place in 
beautiful South Mission Beach.  Just steps to the BEACH OR BAY.  It 
is located 4 houses from the bay (40 yards) and 8 houses to the beach
(100 yards).  Very quiet court. Relax and hear the ocean.

Very Very Clean, newly renovated with new furniture and appliances, 
private entrance to the UPSTAIRS duplex with 1 Bedroom, 1 full 
bathroom with private patio/deck, Patio furniture with umbrella and 
BBQ/GAS grill on the sunny side of the court.

Enjoy the serenity of the bay and magnificent sunsets on the beach.  
Seaworlds famous fireworks can be seen nightly on the bay.

Parking space available.

Policies:
.  Payment Options: Personal/Business Check, Cashiers check,Money  
   Order
.  Rentals are from Saturday to Saturday during Peak Season.
   Mid-June thru 1st week in September.
   Rest of the year a 3 night minimum.
.  Check-in after 2:00pm.   Check-out by 10:00am
.  A 10.5% city room tax will be applied to the rental rates.
.  Security Deposit of $200 is refundable shortly after departure if 
   key is returned and premises left in acceptable condition.
.  Information such as obtaining keys and whom to contact for 
   assistance will be sent after receipt of final payment.
.  Rates include maid service on departure.

Waiting for your entertainment at bayside just a few steps away is 
flat water swimming, sailing, childrens playgrounds and Sea Worlds 
fireworks nightly for evening entertainment.  Just a few more steps 
to the rolling ocean and enjoy beautiful sunsets.  Stroll, jog, run, 
bike or blade on the paved lanes that wind around 2 visitor friendly 
pubs, and eateries.  Just 2 min further is Belmont Park and the 
famous Roller Coaster, arcade and more eateries and shops.  Over the 
bridge is Sea World and close by San Diego World famous Zoo and 30 
minute drive you have Lego Land and Wild Animal Park. La Jolla 10 
min, Convention Center 15 min, Del Mar race track 20 min. Torrey 
Pines Golf Course and River Walk Gold Course 15 min. San Diego 
International Airport 15 min.
