private entrance to the UPSTAIRS duplex with 1 Bedroom, 1 full
bathroom with private patio/deck, Patio furniture with umbrella and
BBQ/GAS grill on the sunny side of the court.
Enjoy the serenity of the bay and magnificent sunsets on the beach.
Seaworlds famous fireworks can be seen nightly on the bay.
Parking space available. (small compact car)

~ Check-in after 2:00pm. Check-out by 10:00am
~ Rentals are from Saturday to Saturday during Peak Season.
Mid-June thru 1st week in September.
Rest of the year a 3 night minimum.
~ 10.5% city room tax will apply to rental rates.
~ $200 security deposit is refundable shortly after departure if
key is returned and premises left in acceptable condition.
~ We accept Cash, Personal/Business Checks, Money Order, Paypal
~ Information such as obtaining keys and whom to contact for
assistance will be sent after receipt of final payment.
~ Rates include maid service on departure. ($100 value)
