Vacation Rental Description

Welcome to paradise. If you like the beach, you will love our  
condo.The condo is located directly on the beach with nothing but  
sand and ocean as your back yard.When you come down the stairs, you  
can either step into the pool or onto the sand of one of the largest  
beaches in South Florida. It has just been completely renovated with  
brand new furnishings.It has a queen size bed and a leather queen  
size sleeper sofa. The bathroom has a porceline tile shower. There  
is an ocean view from the living room window and the dining room  
window. The kitchen has all new appliances with all the amenities.  
The floors have new ceramic tile. There are 2 lcd hdtvs One in tne  
bedroom and one in the living room. Our condo is on the 3rd floor of  
a quaint florida stlye 4 story building with only 12 units total. The views are unbelievable

Vacation Rental Amenities

Plush bath towels, beach towels and chairs, soap and toilet paper  
furnished, swimming pool sits next to the beach. Laundry room on  
property. Elevator. Microwave,toaster.coffeepot,iron. Private  
parking.Director chairs for the balcony so you can enjoy your  
favorite beverage while watching the boats go by.High Speed Internet

Activities and Attractions

Walk up the beach to a tiki bar or a fine steak and seafood  
restaurant with live entertainment.Water sport rentals of all types  
just a short walk up the beach. Wake up to beautiful sunrises.Lots  
of restaurants of all varieties and price ranges nearby. Hillsboro  
inlet and lighthouse just up the beach. I was told that it is the  
only working lighthouse in Florida. Pompano Pier is just south.  
Casinos Jai Alai Dog tracks Horse racing professional sporting  
events golf and tennis. Deepsea fishing and scuba diving out of  
Hillsboro inlet 1/2 mile away. Private charters or party boats  
available.Buy fresh fish when the boats come back in. Shopping of  
all types. Outlet malls, flea markets, high end malls and quaint  
shops. Go to the everglades for alligator farms, airboat and swamp  
buggy rides.

4/16 thru 12/14 $575.00 per week $1900.00 per month   12/15 thru 4/15 $800.00 per week $2800.00 per  
month. One time cleaning fee of $70.00
