This is a 2nd floor unit with a balcony overlooking the ocean and
Apache Pier. Adjacent Apache Pier offers fishing, music, food, &
games. Early risers can watch the sunrise while sitting on the
balcony. On site charcoal grills, swimming pool, kids pool, and
lounging deck. Coin operated washer and dryer facility is located on
the same floor. This unit is for those who love to be right on the
beach. This condo is also convenient to shopping, dining,
entertainment. Broadway at the Beach, Barefoot Landing, and Dixie
Stampede are close and the new Tanger outlet center and Mall is just
minutes away. Outdoor beach bar (Ocean Annie's) is a short walk down
the beach. So, come on to the beach! You will have a great
vacation and we hope that you come back year after year.
Vacation Rental Amenities
Villa #229 sleeps 6 with a queen size bed in master bedroom, two
twins in the guest room and a queen size pullout sofa in the living
room. The kitchen has all the amenities of home; dishwasher, coffee
maker, blender, toaster plus everything else you need to feed the
family. Balcony includes table with chairs and is accessible from
living room and master bedroom. Villa includes (2) TVs with cable
and air conditioning and heat. For your convenience, beach chairs,
umbrella, beach toys and etc. are stored in the closet for use by
our guest. There are new lounge chairs at the pool.

immediate area of Restaurant Row and 4 miles north is Barefoot
Landing and Broadway at the Beach is just 6 miles south on 17
bypass. If you are looking for a fun, family, relaxing location,
Shore Drive is the place.
