Each Waldorf Serviced Apartment or Apartment Hotel includes: 
 
    * Studio as well as one, two or three bedrooms fully furnished 
apartments with king-size or twin double beds in the main bedroom or 
studio, single or double beds in the second and third bedroom and a 
sofa bed in the lounge/living room. 
 
    * Our studio apartments will accommodate 2 persons, our 1 bedroom 
apartments up to 4, 2 bedroom apartments up to 6 persons while our 3 
bedroom apartments will accommodate up to 7 persons. 
 
    * Fully equipped kitchen with a microwave, frost-free fridge, 
stove, hot plates, tea and coffee making facilities and dishwashers. 
 
    * Full laundry facilities with a washer and dryer and ironing boards. 
 
    * A spacious, well lit dining area with seating for four to six 
people. 
 
    * Separate study or desk area in most of our apartments. 
 
    * Air conditioners or heating facilities. 
 
    * 18 hours reception facilities in our apartment hotels, 24 hour 
onsite caretakers and security systems in our serviced or furnished 
apartments. 
 
    * Generous storage areas. 
 
    * Direct dial telephones, voice-mail or answering services for all 
apartments. 
 
    * Broadband high speed service (subject to advanced reservation). 
 
    * Colour television, VCR or complementary SKY-TV facilities in 
most of our apartment. 
 
    * Most of our apartments have onsite free secured parking. 
 
    * Weekly cleaning / servicing. 
 
    * Some of our locations offer facilities such as pool, Gym, tennis 
court, bar & restaurant, meeting & conference facilities. 
 
    * Flexible and alternative furniture and bedding arrangement is

2 bedroom apartment: From NZ$150 per night or from NZ$850 per week. 
3 bedroom apartment: From NZ$180 per night or from NZ$1000 per week.
