30 day rate is $995 per month - just $33 per day
shorter stays DURING SUMMER 2008 are just $49 per nigh (4 night min. stay)

Fully furnished 1 br cottage. Inventory includes dishes, pots & pans, 
microwave, gas range, fridge, TV, a small couch, kitchen table, patio 
table & grill, comfy Queen size bed, dresser, night stand, lamps, 
alarm clock, sheets, towels & more. 

Ideal central Tucson location near Speedway and Country Club. E-Z 
commute to nearly all major business centers. 15 minute drive to 
airport. Approximately 1 1/2 miles east of the U of A and University 
Medical Center via Speedway.

Truly one of Tucson's best served neighborhoods! Terrific 
neighborhood businesses and amenities within walking distance include 
Wild Oats Grocery, Performance Bicycles, Enterprise Rent-a car,

(independant films) Cinema, Zia Records, Guilin Chinese, Fronimo's 
Greek, & Chuy's Baja Mexico restaurants, Rumrunner and Dish (a high

Vacation Rental Rates

Basic Terms: 

Please check calendar for available START DATES. Marked out dates in the future are PROBABLY 
available for CONTINUAL stays. I MARK OUT DATES because I typically can't lease more than 30 to 60 
days in advance. Tenant's in place may typically extend their stays on an as-needed basis.

3 pm check-in, 11 am check-out,  2 person, maximum occupancy, pets require approval

Stays shorter than 30 days are typically $59 - $89 per night. SUMMER 2008 SPECIAL - $49 per night. 4 
night min. stay and subject to 
availability. Please inquire with exact dates. A $300 security/damage deposit is required at check-
in 
and is fully refundable so long as unit/furnishings are returned in good, clean order. No maid 
service, but extra sheets and towels are provided. Unit is stocked with cleaning supplies and there 
is free laundry on premises.

30 day lease required for monthly rate at $995
(seasonal and subject to availability). 

Please check calendar for available DATES. 

For 30 day or longer stays, rate is $995 a month. 1st month's rent 
is required to reserve premises. A $795 security deposit is required 
at move-in and is refundable so long as the unit is returned in good 
order with all inventoried items and lease terms are met.
