Situated in the heart of Tucson, you can ride the bus to U of A and UMC or use bike paths to campus and throughout the community. Enterprise Rent a Car is 1 block east of the property. The 3rd St. Bike Path (direct to U of A) is just a few blocks south, en route to campus.

Basic Terms: Please email with your requested dates of stay. Many of my tenants are business travelers with uncertain departure dates. So please JUST email with your dates and I will check my calendar.
3 pm check-in, 11 am check-out, 2 person, maximum occupancy, pets require approval.
Current DEALS listed above supercede this basic rate information. The maximum rates apply to PEAK season in January and February.
Please inquire with exact dates. A $300 security/damage deposit is required for weekly rentals at check-in and is fully refundable so long as unit/furnishings are returned in good, clean order. In order to keep rates affordable, there is no maid service, but extra sheets and towels are provided. Unit is stocked with cleaning supplies and there is free laundry on premises.
30 day lease required for monthly rate (seasonal and subject to availability).
For 30 day rate, 1st month's rent is required to reserve premises. A $795 security/damage deposit is required at move-in and is refundable so long as the unit is returned in good order with all inventoried items and lease terms are met. Shorter stays require a $300 refundable security/damage deposit.
