condo home with direct gulf view. Watch the sunrise at one end of 
screened wrap around lanai and sunsets at the other.You can see the 
ocean from every room. Watch dolphins, and Roseate Spoonbills from 
Lanai. Open floor plan. White sandy beach, a nature lover's paradise.

Vacation Rental Amenities

Heated pool, lawn chairs, Jacuzzi, 2 elevators, keyed entry, fully 
equiped kitchen with peninsula and 4 bar stools, coolers, beach 
chairs, b. towels, b. umbrella. All Linens, washer and dryer, 
VCR,DVD,CD player, 3 cable TVs, Tennis Courts, Lanai 
tables and chairs, phone, AC, ice maker, indoor gathering area, BBQ, 
large locked storage area on 1st floor. Condo grounds and condo 
meticulously kept.Quiet beach house retreat.

Activities and Attractions

On the gulf, walk to 9 restaurants (including Santini Plaza across 
street), shopping, bars, and a CVS. Grocery and Cinemas are 1.5 mi 
away. 
Shelling, warm sand, & swimming are everywhere, or go to a nearby 
Executive golf course (under $30). Rent a boat or go fishing at the 
marina across the street.Take the Island Trolley for a tour or to 
travel (.25!!)
Lover's Key State Park is only a 2 miles away offers canoeing, 
hiking,kayaking,parasailing & jet skis. Plenty of places to eat in 
Ft. Myers Beach, or close by Fort Myers,Bonita Springs, and Naples. 
Shopping is all around.
