fixtures, including wrought iron beds, leather chairs, blankets and
rugs. Cheery red chili pepper lights add a whimsical touch.

The extra large patio is perfect for sipping your morning coffee and
reading the newspaper poolside. Step up to an additional seating area
and warm yourself with a glass of wine by a fire in the outdoor terra
cotta chimera.

Both bathrooms are roomy, fresh, and have upgraded sinks and fixtures,
including hand-painted Mexican tile shower enclosures and sink
surrounds. One bathroom offers an oversized shower; the second
bathroom offers a shower and bathtub.

The well laid-out kitchen has also been upgraded with new appliances,
including refrigerator, oven, microwave, dishwasher, stainless sinks,
chopping block and tile counter, and counter top appliances. The
kitchen also boasts the colorful hand-painted Mexican tiles found
throughout the home.
