I have stayed here many times and love it every time. I wish I knew about this review board before now. Owners have always bent over backwards to accommodate. A/C was new first time I stayed here and now there is a nice large comfortable deck. Other review person needs to stay and pay for the Hilton. This place "is what it is" and is EVERYTHING represented in the listing in my opinion. Plan to return soon. Can't say enough in favor of this retreat, John

great location

For the price, this place has a great location on the island of Lake Havasu. The lake is a very close walk down some steps. We enjoyed meals on the deck and going to the pool after playing on the water. Air conditioners was new and worked great.

air conditioning was not working. Pictures are either old or misleading. 100 feet from what water???
