     This is a family cottage on the rural eastern side of Indian 
Lake.  In 2007, the cottage was rebuilt replacing the 
original "Zettler Cottage" built 1927. It is just south of 
O'Connor's Point, near the former site of O'Connor's Landing, and 
can be reached via the Covered Bridge which crosses the south fork of 
the Little Miami River.  The lake is the headwaters for the Great 
Miami River.

     In addition to being new with all the trimmings, it rests along 
6000 acre Indian Lake facing west, green space to the north, and 
farm land with a network of country roads behind it for an early 
morning jog, walk, or trip on bikes during wonderful sunrises to the 
red covered bridge, just 1.5 miles away.  Great lake and sunset 
views will be enjoyed from the lakefront covered porch and sunny patio.

     It is fully furnished.  Four bedrooms and three and a half 
baths means a very comfortable stay for 8-10 people.  Two of the 
bedrooms have private baths and two of the bedrooms share a Jack-and-
Jill bath.  A large recreation room is above garage with couches and 
there are two wall mounted 47" flat panel TV's in the cottage.  The 
kitchen includes beautiful granite counter tops with an island and 
bead-board cabinetry.

     Indian Lake is a fisherman and boater's paradise.  Fishing, 
boating, tubing, swimming, and water skiing are all permitted on the 
lake.  There is extra parking for cars, boats and boat trailers right next to the cottage.

     Although summer is fun in the sun, many locals regard the fall 
as the best time of year, thanks to the tranquility along with the 
gorgeous fall foliage.  For the winter, it is located 15 minutes 
from Mad River Mountain Ski Resort and there is plenty of room for 
snowmobiling.  With spring comes the fisherman and many participate 
in the lake's numerous bass tournaments.  Saugeye, a fish similar to 
walleye, are also sought after and have gained the lake national 
attention.

2008 rates

January 4    -   April 25    :   $750/week
April 25     -   May 23      :   $1200/week
May 23       -   September 5 :   $2000/week
September 5  -   October 10  :   $1200/week
October 10   -   December 31 :   $750/week

-weekly reservations are Friday to Friday unless otherwise arranged
-the rate for an extra night is $100/night when available
-reservations will be taken no more than a year in advance
