The Lake Norman waterfront ranch home includes:
King size master bedroom, ensuite bathroom, leads to very
large screened in porch. Queen size 2nd bedroom. 3rd
bedroom with full/double bed. Living Room/Great room with gas fireplace. 2nd bathroom. Great Views! Our home sits on a serene acre of land with grape vines, fruit trees and various herbs.

11/21 Well, it was another wonderful visit for Thanksgiving in your wonderful home. We had the grandkids & we celebrated his 1st birthday here. The weather was colder than lst year but we didn't mind. We huddled by the fire and celebrated family time together. We hope to make this a yearly tradition.

The dock has a large deck for picnics, fishing or watching the kids
swim in the private cove as well as a covered boatlip with lift,
another boatslip and jet ski slip. Year round deep water. The
views are wonderful for watching sunsets and activities on the
lake. The house has central air conditioning, a gas fireplace, and
is fully furnished including double door fridge with icemaker, oven,
microwave, garbage disposal,coffeemaker, crockpot etc., dishwasher. There is a
utility area with washer and dryer. There is also a two car attached
garage. Stainless steel gas grill for your outdoor barbecues.

Lake Norman itself is the main attraction with 32,510 acres and 520
miles of shoreline and of course its compendium of over 11
restaurants which are easily accessible by boat for enjoying a drink
or meal on their inside and outside facilities overlooking the lake.
Cruises on the Catawba Queen at nearby Queen's Landing, which also
has dining, bumper boats, two putt putt courses, tennis courts and
summertime bands. Lake Norman State Park nearby has hiking trails,
picnic areas, campgrounds and 13 miles of shoreline for boating
access. Swimming beach at Lake Norman State Park is open from April
1 to October 31.
You are only 12 miles from Mooresville (Race City) and Stumpy Creek
Park, which has walking track, picnic shelters, three soccer fields,
three baseball/softball fields, 9 hole golf course and boat landing
for boat launching.
You are only 35 miles to Charlotte, the Queen City & Carolina
Panthers NFL Football,Charlotte NBA Bobcats, Charlotte Knights
baseball, Lowes Motor Speedway
The Skyline Drive Blue Ridge Parkway, Ashville Mountains & Biltmore
house approx. 2 hrs
There are many restaurants and plenty of shopping nearby in
Mooresville and Birkdale Village.
Play on Lake Norman, boating, fishing or waterskiing, shop, and
return to your cozy lakeside retreat to watch the sunset.
