 Unit 1536-1, located at the Courtyard, is one of our first vacation rentals in Miami Beach to receive a new “luxury package”. This magnificence one bedroom, one bath vacation apartments’ Miami condo was completely remodeled and newly decorated with designer furnishings in May 2010. Unit 1536-1 is on the ground floor and has over 650 square feet of living space. With use of the new designer pull out futon, this vacation apartments Miami condo will sleep up to four people.

The beautifully sunlit living room has a modern décor with all new designer furnishings that include a trendy new silver couch, new table and matching chairs that coordinate perfectly with the new pewter colored curtains.  The living room also includes a brand new 32’ wall mounted, plasma television with cable TV and a DVD player. For your entertainment there is also a radio.

To the right of the living room is a separate dining room with a stylish contemporary table and matching chairs that seats four people. The wall separating the kitchen from the dining room has an open window with a marble counter ledge making it easy to pass items from one room to the other. The kitchen itself has also been upgraded with marble counter tops and appliances that include microwave, stove toaster and a coffee maker and beautiful slate colored marble flooring.

This vacation apartments’ Miami bedroom has a chic and trendy décor with all new furnishings.  The queen size bed has a new contemporary white leather frame and there is another 32” plasma TV mounted on the wall.  For your entertainment there is also an iPod player with radio and an alarm clock. Like all of our vacation rentals in Miami Beach we supply clean sheets as well as extra towels.  From the bedroom there is a door leading out to the private balcony with breakfast table and the garden with lounge chairs. The European style bathroom has new designer fixtures that include a glass enclosed shower with waterfall shower head and brand new fixtures.

All of our vacation rentals in Miami Beach include WiFi internet, free local dialing, dinner ware and utensils as well as a safe in the unit to store your valuables. For your protection there is intercom entry gate and 24 hour security camera surveillance. The Courtyard has coin operated washers and dryers for our vacation clients use.

No motorcycle groups are allowed in the properties that we rent. We are sorry this vacation apartment, is not a party property - parties are not allowed (strictly  enforced). People wishing to party, should find another vacation property.
