This desirable, well-appointed 2 bedroom, 2 1/2 bath townhouse in New Smyrna Beach is located directly across from Florida's "Most Beautiful Beach". A wooded hammock surrounds our resort which gives the perfect ambiance for a relaxed beach retreat. This large  comfortable townhouse is planned with your convenience and comfort in mind.

The 1,600 sq ft townhouse features an enclosed lanai which offers additional space for dining or indoor games and activities, full kitchen with new appliances, dining area, living room with flat screen tv, WiFi throughout and half  bath with high efficiency front load washer/dryer for your use, all on ground level.  The master bedroom with king bed, flat screen tv, ceiling fan and full master bath ensuite and guest bedroom with a queen and twin bed, ceiling fan with a separate full bath.  Both bedrooms access the second floor sun deck/balcony which opens up to luxuriant tropical foliage found throughout the grounds, the perfect place to relax or watch the birds at play.

New Smyrna Beach is located on an East Coast Barrier Island and boasts having been voted as one of Florida's "Most Beautiful Beaches".  Two causeways access the Island from the mainland, one of which is a draw bridge allowing the larger sail boats to continue their trip on the Intercoastal Waterway.  This quaint village atmosphere offers shops displaying some of the local artisian creations as well as the latest in beach wear, restaurants and bars, and an easy stroll down the avenue.  The historical mainland village hosts more great restaurants and shopping.  We even have our own "farmers market" on Saturdays.  The History Museum is a must to see while in the area to learn about one of the oldest towns in America, New Smyrna Beach.

Our townhouse offers a large 2 bedroom, 2 fulll baths, an enclosed lanai, sun deck/balcony, spacious living room, dining room, fully equipped kitchen with new appliances and half bath with new full size high efficiency front load washer/dryer for your use.  We offer high speed wireless internet, complimentary local and long distance phone calls, central air & heat, fireplace, flat screen tv, upgraded cable television with HBO, VCR/DVD player and gas grill.  Fully furnished including the linens and beach towels. All the comforts of home, just bring your clothes. 

Our resort offers complimentary computer stations with high speed/wireless internet access in the cabana, heated pool, tennis court, shuffle board, poolside cabana with game tables and gas grill, big screen tv, and on-site manager and maintenance staff.  The cabana can be reserved for private functions.  Our resort offers our winter guests a calendar of activities, everything from golf outings, card games, tennis and shuffle board tournaments to pot luck dinners and dancing as well as Sunday morning donuts and coffee, a great way to meet new friends.

Grocery store, shops, and restaurants are conveniently located within walking distance next to the complex and direct beach access across the street, a 2 minute walk.  New Smyrna Beach is a very artistic community and has numerous art shows and festivals throughout the year.  Enjoy the Christmas Boat Parade or the Pancakes in the Park event.  Something for all.

Our Island area offers the beautiful beach, boating, canoe & kayak rental.  Numerous nearby golf courses, art galleries, and movie theatre as well as little theatre.  The New Smyrna Beach area is very artistic and is home to the Atlantic Center for the Arts.  You can enjoy numerous art festivals and events throughout the year.  The beach is ideal for all water sports/activities plus walking, jogging, biking, turtle watching, fishing and shell collecting. 

Grocery store, shops, and restaurants are conveniently located within walking distance.  Within 1 hour drive to Orlando and Walt Disney World, Sea World, and Universal Studios as well as numerous dinner attractions and shopping. Daytona Beach, the Daytona Speedway, dog track, are located within 20 minutes. The Canaveral National Seashore is just down the road and the Kennedy Space Center is so close you can watch the shuttles go up from your own private balcony.

Holiday & Special Event weeks $795. 3 night minimum. Cleaning fee $80 for weekly rental; $125 for longer stays; $25 administration fee and tax.  Full payment due 30 days prior to arrival. Credit cards accepted Visa, Mastercard & Discover, paypal, checks or money orders.

Cancellation Policy:  Less than 27 nights stay, prior written notice of 30 days; 27-57 nights stay, prior written notice of 90 days; stays over 57 nights and all reservations for January thru March prior written notice of 120 days. Deposits will be returned less a $75.00 cancellation fee payable to the office.
