Holly Hills Lakefront with Swimming Pool in Lake Gaston

Holly Hills, located onLake Gaston, is just the home you have been looking for. LakeGaston is close to many cities, i.e., Richmond VA, Rocky Mount NC,Raleigh NC, and Hampton Roads, just to name a few. Dock your boat at our large boathouse and invite your friends too because there is room at the boathouse to dock several boats.

This lake front home is on a very large gently sloping lot. From the screened-in-deck off the living room enjoy the view of the lake. There is a small sandy area where smaller children can play by the lake or keep them entertained in the large in-ground private swimming pool.

The house includes a pool table and foosball table. We have a large hammock for a lazy afternoon nap, or get the group involved in a horseshoe tournament. A badminton/volleyball net and ball are also available for your enjoyment.

The hot tub is available year round, but it is especially nice for a weekend away during the off-season. Lake Gaston is a great place for a family vacation. The average summer temperature is 76 degrees, and Lake Gaston has many different varieties of fish that include catfish, striped bass, large mouthbass, crappie, and sunfish.

Your pets are welcome in our home without an additional pet
deposit. We do ask that you only smoke outdoors. This home is
located in the NE quadrant of Lake Gaston off of Pea Hill Creek. It
is on the Virginia side, just barely over the North Carolina line.

Washer and dryer, unlimited US long distance telephone, wireless internet, air
conditioning, satellite TV, VCR, DVD player, fully stocked kitchen,
microwave, two refrigerators, gas grill, pool table, foosball table,
boat house, screened-in-deck, hot tub (new in fall 2010) and private inground swimming pool.

Swimming, badminton, volleyball, horseshoes, fishing, hiking,
biking, golf, shopping, jet skiing, water-skiing, boating and
sailing.
There are a variety of restaurants and theatres in nearby Roanoke
Rapids (25 miles away).
