The rear patio area is ideal for entertaining and dining.  Also off the front foyer, you are greeted by the large and open living room, which offers two couches (one of which is a sleeper sofa), a large television with dvd entertainment center and a French door leading to the covered outside terrace area.  Bedroom two offers two twin beds, while bedroom three offers a full size double bed. 

The kitchen is fully equipped with everything you will need.

The property offers a fantastic, commercial size, heated pool that is completely fenced in for absolute privacy.  There are plenty of lounge chairs with an outdoor shower area. 

This villa is ideal for both large and small groups in search of a relaxing getaway with the convenient accessibility to everything Lauderdale By The Sea and greater Fort Lauderdale has to offer.
