Rocky River Lodge in Ellijay

Rocky River Lodge is located just over an hour north of Atlanta in
Gilmer County on the breathtaking whitewaters of the Coosawattee
River. Rocky River Lodge is a spacious cabin perfect for taking
some "time-out" from life's daily routine. The cabin sleeps up to 20
people comfortably, has three full baths, two great rooms with
fireplaces, fully equipped kitchen with service for twenty,
washer/dryer and an eight person hot tub.

The lodge is outfitted with: Lighted Fenced Basketball Court, 8
person hot tub, pool table, ping pong, foosball, 2 Canoes, 10
Floating Tubes, horse shoes, large fishing deck overlooking river,
outdoor shower,Tivo, DVD/VCR player, volleyball court, shuffleboard,
WIFI and DSL high speed internet service. Local Amenities: Horseback
riding, Tennis Courts, Indoor/outdoor pools. There is something to
please everyone who stays at Rocky River Lodge.

Various activities and adventures include fly-fishing,
canoeing, kayaking, horseback riding, annual Apple Festival, Leaf
Looker season, antiquing, hiking, etc.

1-4 people - $250 per night/$1500 per week, 5-10 - $350 per night/
$2000 per week, 11-15 $450 per night/$2500 per week. $100-$150
cleaning fee. 12% tax added to all rentals. Two night min, longer
stays may be required for summer months, special events and holidays.
Check in 4 pm, check out 11 am, unless otherwise authorized.
Security deposit of $500 to be approved on your credit card, but not
charged, except as provided for in our rental agreement. We accept
Visa, Mastercard and AMEX. Flat rental rate of $2500 per week June 1-
August 15. Jan 8 thru Feb 28, book 2 nights, get third free -
excludes holidays.
