and provide easy access to Restaurants, Shops and Live Music Daily.
Or stay at the private pool and enjoy the quiet ocean breezes and 
warm sun.
Just 1/2 mile from Ron John's Surf Shop, 5 miles to Cape Kennedy and 
40 minutes to Disney and Univeral in Orlando.  

Vacation Rental Amenities

Nicely furnished unit 50 yards from the ocean. Approx 1400 sq.ft. of 
living with open living room/dinning room area.  Fully equipped 
kitchen with bar open to dinning area (see photos).  Sliding door 
from Living Room leads to porch with direct access to Pool, Beach or 
Putting Green.

Two Cable Televisions with DVD & VCR.  

Several very affordable Golf Courses within a few miles.

Activities and Attractions

The Pier is just 1/4 mile walk north and provides numerous 
activeties 
for young and old.  Two restuarants and live music daily at the open 
bar.  Fish or shop at the Pier Shops while watching the Surfers.   
Or 
rent a Surf Board or Waverunner and ride the Surf yourself.  Sign up 
for a volleyball game or just hang out and watch the people.

Numerous restaurants are located around the Cocoa Beach area
