The living room features large windows, comfortable modern sofa and over sized chair with matching ottoman, swivel/rocker chair, and a large entertainment center with 32 inch TV, VHS/DVD player and stereo.

The laundry room is equipped with a full-sized washer and dryer and lots of shelf space. 

The roomy master suite with bay windows , includes and new king bed, dresser and night stands a spacious walk-in closet, 26" LCD TV and a full bath.

The guest suite features a new queen bed, dresser, night stand and full bath. 

The bricked rear patio with outdoor dining table and chairs and gas BBQ is perfect for evening cookouts and chatting with new friends as you look out across the shaded walking park.

Green Valley Recreation Membership includes: 13 swimming pools and jacuzzis, 17 tennis courts (9 lighted), 3 billiards rooms, 3 lapidary studios, a woodworking shop, clay studio, ceramic studio, camera/dark room studio, bocci ball courts, pickleball courts, 6 fitness centers, sports and social clubs, and much more. Green Valley Recreation charges a nominal fee to transfer our membership to you during your stay. 

There are also 8 golf courses located within Green Valley and many others within a short drive of Green Valley. 

Madera Canyon, famous for bird watching and hiking on the many Santa Rita Mountain trails with additional trails located in the nearby Santa Catalina Mountains and Tucson Mountains of Tucson, Pima Air Museum, Sonoran Desert Museum, Saguaro National Park, Fred Lawrence Whipple Observatory, Kitts Peak Observatory, Colorado Rockies and Arizona Diamondback spring training games, 17th century San Xavier and Tumacácori Missions, Tubac art galleries, Titan II Missile Museum, casino gaming, the world famous Tucson Gem and Mineral show and Tucson Rodeo in February each year and much more are all within 25 minutes of Green Valley.

Rates include all utilities as well as wireless high speed Internet and digital cable TV in both bedrooms and great room.

$500 Security deposit and $100 exit cleaning fee required.

Green Valley Recreation passes available, with variable rates depending upon length of stay.
