Located just a short walk from Desert Hills and Canoa Hills Social Centers (swimming, state of the art fitness centers, dances, bridge, tennis, pickleball, billiards, shuffleboard, racquetball and many classes offered by Green Valley Recreation) this townhome offers a bright and cheerful floor plan that includes a large kitchen and dining area, comfortable living room, master suite, guest bedroom, 2 baths and private patio.

Green Valley is an active adult retirement community (one occupant must be 55) located 30 miles south of Tucson. There are 8 nearby golf courses, 13 community swimming pools and spas, 17 tennis courts (9 lighted), 6 fitness centers, and plenty of hiking trails. Just bring your personal belongings, move in, and enjoy.

The living room is tastefully furnished with leather matching sofa and loveseat, 27 inch color TV, stereo and has plenty of space for entertaining guests.

The kitchen is modern and well appointed, including a new refrigerator, dishwasher, microwave and smooth top range. Newly installed cabinets are stocked with contemporary cookware and table service for 8.

The master suite is roomy with a king bed, large dresser and TV. It features a private bath and walk-in closet. The second bedroom has a queen bed with a full bath.

The laundry area is equipped with a full-sized washer and dryer and lots of shelf space. There is a linen closet between the two baths, stocked with everything you'll ever need for you and your guests.

Enjoy cocktails on your private brick patio equipped with chaise lounges, outdoor dining table and chairs and a gas BBQ for those evening cookouts.

Bring your golf clubs or bicycles and store them in the outdoors storage closet.

Green Valley Recreation Membership includes: 13 swimming pools and jacuzzis, 17 tennis courts (9 lighted), 3 billiards rooms, dancing, 3 lapidary studios, a woodworking shop, clay studio, ceramic studio, camera/dark room studio, shuffleboard courts, 3 pickleball courts, 6 fitness centers, sports and social clubs, and much more. Green Valley Recreation charges a nominal fee to transfer our membership to you during your stay. 

There are also 8 golf courses located within Green Valley and many others within a short drive of Green Valley.

Madera Canyon, famous for bird watching and hiking on the many Santa Rita Mountain trails with additional trails located in the nearby Santa Catalina Mountains of Tucson, Pima Air Museum, Sonoran Desert Museum, Fred Lawrence Whipple Observatory, Kitts Peak Observatory, Colorado Rockies and Arizona Diamondback spring training games, 17th century San Xavier and Tumacácori Missions, Tubac art galleries, Titan II Missile Museum, casino gaming, the world famous Tucson Gem and Mineral show in February each year and much more are all within 25 minutes of Green Valley.

$100 per month discount rate for stays of 4 months or more.

$85 non-refundable cleaning fee for stays less than 4 months.

Rates include all utilities as well as high speed Internet.

Refundable security/damage deposit $300 for each month rented.

Green Valley Recreation passes available, with variable rates depending upon length of stay.
