The adjacent Dining Room seats 08.  The kitchen is stocked with everything you need to prepare a great meal.There is also additional seating for 4 at the table in the breakfast area.

Great For The Little Ones

Before we went to Las Vegas, my husband and I searched up and down for a house to rent that the kids would enjoy as well, ( ages 7,9, and 14), since they would not be going out on the town! We found this one and loved that it offered a game room, pool, and games for the pool. It was a great house for all of us. The kids had plenty of options to keep themselves occupied inside and outside. There was a foos-ball table, pool table, and tv in the game room, which they would've gone through hundreds of dollars in games if we had been at an arcade! The pool was great for them too because it had a basketball hoop on the side of the pool, so they loved that too. As for my husband and I, the home was beautiful and had a HUGE master bedroom. We weren't too far from some of the restaurants and exhibits that I had read online about and wanted to see. The only reason that I wanted to put up this review is because we had a bit of a hard time trying to find a family-friendly house for rent, so I was hoping that this would help out the parents out there looking. Oh also, the pool has a gate that you can put up around it in case you have little ones that can't swim, we didn't need it, but it was good to know that we could have if we needed to.

Recommended for: families with young children, families with teenagers, romantic getaway

Hot Tub Rash

Everyone who was in the jacuzzi, even those that only were in for 20min max on the first night, got a rash on their bodies which multiple doctors in multiple states have stated that was a "hot tub rash" due to the hot tub not having been chlorinated sufficiently. What appeared to be a nice family gathering ended up with several medical bills that could have been prevented with chlorine.

Owners response: We understand any concern regarding the proper chlorination of the spa, and unfortunately the spa was properly chlorinated before these guests' stay by a professional. Prior to their arrival, the spa was in excellent working condition, balanced PH levels, and chlorinated properly, however upon their departure, the spa had to be drained and thoroughly cleaned due to the filthiness of the water, ( or the water that was still remaining in the spa.) Upon seeing the multiple sinks clogged with vomit that was left in the home with their departure, one can only assume that such disgusting behavior did not fall short of their time spent in the hot tub. Unfortunately no matter the amount of chlorine, or cleanliness of the spa to begin with ; liquids, foods, dirt, urine, and other outside sources will in fact cause the spa to become dirty. The spa was not only beyond filthy since the water reeked of urine, and had cups found in the bottom of it after the water was drained out, but the spa cover hinge was also broken. Carelessness, and disgusting behavior in water that you are sitting in for any prolonged period of time is definitely a cause for a rash. We are available 24 hours for any assistance during your stay, so it comes as a surprise that the only time that we got any sort of complaint was not until after these guests had left the home, especially considering how the guests in the spa noticed a rash after the first day of their three day stay according to the above review. We would have gladly sent out someone to check on the condition of the spa so that the situation could have been resolved immediately, had we been notified of such a problem. As the review seems to be describing a very serious condition, as it refers to multiple doctors in multiple states, it seems like the guests would have wanted to contact us in regards to this problem, especially on the first day when the "problem" was noticed. We would also like to point out that we were actually in contact with the reviewer during their stay, on the second day of their three day stay due to assisting with the power outlets being overrun and having to push a plug reset in one of the restrooms, and no such issue was mentioned, even though we were at the home.

Great Home For Renting

I rented this house earlier in the month, and it was great. The backyard is well maintained and tropical-themed. The house was very nice, nice furniture. The location was great because while it's right up the street from the middle of the Strip, there is also a lot of restaurants and shopping very close by. It's not a bad spot for getting around at all. The house was great, no complaints.
