everything you'll ever need. Our private 9th floor rooftop Spanish
tile terrace with gazebo and wet bar is truly what sets us apart and
makes The Penthouse so perfect for your vacation! The terrace is for
your exclusive use - not shared; you'll also enjoy the brand new gas
grill, outdoor dining under the gazebo, and plenty of space for
elegant entertaining or just soaking up the sun! You can also enjoy
cocktails on the private balcony off the living room. Our unique
location offers panoramic views of the mountains and the Caribbean,
a quiet beach, and close proximity to all the best of Rincon!

community that boasts some of the most fantastic scenery on the
island. Life in Rincon is simple, 'non-touristy' and inviting.
Enjoy unbelievable sunsets and views of green mountains and cow
pastures jutting right up to the Caribbean. Its charming beachfront
restaurants, bars and inns offer a much more authentic sample of
Puerto Rico's Caribbean hospitality than the bustling metropolitan

The Penthouse is fully air conditioned for your comfort, and offers
not only the best swimming beach in Rincon (Corcega), but also
separate adults and children's pools within the complex for your
convenience. On the private rooftop terrace, you'll find comfortable
lounge chairs with plenty of space for the sun worshippers, and the
shade dwellers will love the large retractable awning. You'll also
enjoy dining under the gazebo while you relax and appreciate the
incredible views! We've provided all of the small delightful extras
that will make your time in Rincon a memorable experience. We have
truly tried to think of everything, and we know you will enjoy our
home as much as we do!

oven, Smoothie maker (a.k.a. The Margarita Maker)gas grill, & wetbar
with small fridge on terrace.

LOCAL ACTIVITIES: cycling, fishing, gambling, golf, horseback
riding, mountain biking, sailing, fantastic scuba diving or
snorkeling, world class surfing, swimming, tennis, walking, wind-
surfing, whale watching (in winter) OR just RELAX on the beach!!

MISCELLANEOUS: 2 Beach chairs and umbrella also provided; tennis
courts, running track nearby. Long term renters welcome, non
smoking only, pets not allowed (sorry!) **Want more pics? Just ask!

Water sports abound! Besides the world class surfing, Rincon offers
some of the best diving and snorkeling in the Caribbean, as well as
deep sea fishing, windsurfing, kayaking, nearby golfing and whale
watching (in winter). There's no lack of activities to keep you
busy - if you can drag yourself off the beautiful beach! Take a walk
down the beach to the Villa Cofresi for cocktails at sunset and
dinner; or maybe a short drive to the lighthouse at Puntas to watch
the surfers; visit the mall or the casinos in nearby Mayaguez, or
book a deep sea fishing expedition! Golfers can take a 20 minute
drive to Punta Borinquen golf course (a favorite of President
Eisenhower) to enjoy 18 holes with sea breezes and an ocean view.
Shopping, dining and adventure in this cozy, unpretentious seaside
town are all within easy reach from The Penthouse. This is the
perfect place for vacationers who don't want to move off the beach,
or those that can't sit still!
