Single Family Home with private screened enclosed pool located in
the beautiful community of Chatham Park:
Our Beautiful home comes fully equipped with 2 car garage. Master
bedroom has queen size bed en-suite bath with tv to watch during the
evening hours. Second bedroom has a double which sleeps 2 and the
3rd bedroom has two twins . Second FULL bathroom is shared between
the 2nd and third bedrooms. Both bathroom are supplied with
hairdryers, sample soaps and toilet paper.
Living room and dining room comforts for the whole family. Living
room has full size tv and vcr. Dining room seats up to 6 guests.
Ceiling fans thru out the home to help cool down even more during
the summer months.
Linens and towels provided for the whole family. Kitchen is fully
equipped including dishwasher, oven, stove, microwave, automatic ice
maker, utensils, pots and pans. Laundry area available including
washer and dryer, iron and ironing board.
The best part of all is the lovely private screened in pool which
can be heated during the winter months We now have computer access and game rooms.

We are minutes by car to MAGIC KINGDOM,
EPCOT, SEAWORLD, UNIVERSAL STUDIOS, close to shopping, INCLUDING
OUR NEW
WALLMART SUPERCENTER, and many good restaurants TO ENJOY LIKE
OUTBACKS, TG
FRIDAYS, and even for the children a MC DONALDS WITH PLAYGROUND
very near.

Onsite facilities for all our guests to enjoy: Lovely park which
includes a childrens playground, basketball and tennis courts. We
also have a lovely community pool for meeting up with other guests.

Weekly rates starting at: $695 weekly.
Special rates: $105 nightly which includes all taxes during the
months of September,
November and May
Please add $125 per week extra during the Christmas, New Years and
Easter holiday weeks.
