1 short block (about 200 yards) to the ocean. Close to golf,
shopping, fishing and restaurants. About 4 miles to Barefoot Landing
or Cherry Grove Fishing Pier. Sleeps 16; 4 bedrooms; 3 full baths
(roll-in shower downstairs), 1 half bath.

Accessible Resources

Beach Wheelchairs:
Call the NMB Parks and Recreation Department to reserve a beach
wheelchair free of charge.
These chairs have soft wheels and are easy for someone walking behind
the chair to push over the sand.
Limited quantities are available, so call early. We have pushed one
from Pearl Sea a short way down 10th Ave. South and across Ocean
Drive to the beach. There is an 8 inch curb and it is relatively easy
to lean the chair back a bit and push the big soft front wheels up
the curb to the beach access walkway beside North
Shore Villa's (Condo across street). There is a ramp to the sand.

Golf Cart Rentals:
People displaying a handicap parking placard can drive a golf cart
onto the beach (not up and down it, but to a spot). Golf cart access
closest to Pearl Sea is at 9th Ave. South (crossing Ocean Drive).
There are also handicap parking places for vans at this location.
