Air conditioned, 1Br/2Ba condo, with fully equipped kitchen and
partial ocean view lanai. Sleeps up to 5 people. King bed, Queen
sleeper sofa, children's tri-fold futon, ceiling fan, floor safe, 2
cable TV's, DVD, wireless high speed internet, & CD stereo. All
linens & towels included. Washer/dryer located inside the unit. We
also provide beach cooler, & beach towels for your enjoyment. Free reserved parking included.

Wailea, Mckenna, golf, shopping, dining, and ocean activities are
within walking distance. Maui's Kamaole beaches are just steps from
your front door. These are beautiful, golden sandy beaches that
are perfect for sunbathing, swimming, snorkeling, scuba, surfing,
wind surfing, boogie boarding, and romantic sunset strolls.

10% discount for stays of 30 nights or longer.

CANCELLATION POLICY:
$50 processing fee for all cancellations greater than 90 days from
check-in. $100 fee for cancellations between 60 & 90 days. $250.00
fee for Holiday Season cancellations between 60 & 90 days. No refund
for cancellations within 60 days of arrival, unless we secure a
comparable reservation to replace yours. Your refund will be
prorated less a $100 processing fee.
