Our home has an open floor plan with 12-foot ceilings and a spacious deck & patio overlooking the lake. Plenty of room to sit and relax plus the layout has an exceptional entertaining atmosphere with spectacular views of the lake.

 
The custom design is a 2 level lakeside home with over 4300 sq ft to accommodate up to 25 guests with comfort. We have 8 bedrooms, 4 baths, 3 queensize pull out sofas, 1 full size pull out sofa, and you could always make room for more if needed with 2 couch areas and 2 queen air mattresses for extra sleeping. Beautifully decorated lake theme and relaxing colors give you the feeling of a true get away. Full kitchen, breakfast area, dining room,and great room on main level all open floor plan for families to enjoy. The lower level has a huge game room,wet bar, seating area, and tv area all in an open floor plan which opens up to the lower covered patio and a pathway to the lake and dock . Great for entertaining!

The upper deck on the house has lots of room with 2 bistro tables, a 6 seat patio table, 4 rocking chairs, and a gas grill. The lower patio has a 4 seat patio table, 12 deck chairs. We have a private dock and pier on the lakeshore with a bistro table & chairs on the pier and the floating dock has plenty of room to stretch out for catching some sun, plus fishing gear, docking room for 3 boats, and 2 Jet Ski EZ docks systems. Enjoy our 2 kayaks and paddle boat that come with the house.

Also we offer boat rentals with a selection of a 24 ft pontoon boat, a 19 ft ski boat, or (3) Jet ski 145HP available to complete your vacation package .We are right off the main channel and convienient to 5 lakefront restaurants for some lakeside dining or refreshments. By land, we're just a few miles from Mooresville (NASCAR capital) Between the lake and Charlotte the area has many activities to keep the whole family of all ages having a great time.

We provide at the home plenty of fun things for the kids like boardgames, bicycles, floats, etc. There is a park a short walk away. Also we have baby cribs, strollers,high chairs, and about anything you need for your little ones so you do not have to pack all those extras--we try to provide an easy and stress free trip for our guest---just pack your suitcase and come enjoy the lake experience--everything you could want in a lake vacation is here! You'll always remember this vacation and want to come back for more!!

Deep year round water for boating or fishing from the dock and a shallow steady taper from the sandy bottom shore to deep water for your kids to swim! Fishing, skiing, swimming, this area has it all! And beautiful views throughout the house! Lake Norman is the largest lake in North Carolina with 520 miles of shoreline; surface is approximately 32,500 acres, eight miles wide at its widest point and 34 miles long. We provide sheets and towels, you bring the paper goods and bathing suits! Jump on board and enjoy your vacation!

Main level has a Master bedroom with King bed and large private bath, 4 bedrooms with Queen bed, 2 pull out queen sofas in Greatroom. plus two guest bathrooms. Lower level has 3 bedrooms with queen beds,1 queensize pull out sofa, 1 fullsize pull out sofa, 1 full bathroom,laundry room, plus a very large entertainment/game room area with a wet bar.

We rent from Saturday to Saturday in the summer season (Memorial Day thru Labor Day) with full or partial stays available during the rest of the year.

 We accept MasterCard, Visa, AmericanExpress, Discover and personal checks. A 25% deposit is required to confirm reservation and the balance is due 60 days before arrival.   Your reservation is not confirmed until we receive your down payment. Unfortunately, we cannot hold dates without a down payment. 

This home is for vacation rental purposes only.  We do not allow weddings, receptions, rehearsal dinners, parties, events or reunions involving more people than the house sleeps.

Please note you  must be over the age of 26 to rent this property.

8% NC Sales Tax
Cleaning Fee of $190
Refundable Security Deposit of $250
Non-refundable pet fee of $102.60 including tax (maximum of 2 dogs allowed)

We require 25% deposit to hold the reservation with the balance due 60 days prior to arrival.  Your reservation is not confirmed until we receive your down payment. Unfortunately, we cannot hold dates without a down payment.
