If you're coming to the beach to have fun and relax, then this is
the place to start. This spacious & beautiful, newly remodeled
townhome is located on the East side of Eastern Lake, in a quiet
residential area of Seagrove Beach. One of just 14 units (as an
added bonus, this is an end unit) in Beachfront Townhomes, & just
100 feet to the sugar white sand and crystal clear emerald water.
Close to Seaside (3.5 miles)and because this townhome is situated in
a very flat section of the beach, there are no steps from the beach
access to the sand. With plenty of room for up to 8, this 2 bedroom
townhome has been decorated in an West Indies theme with an emphasis
on elegant and comfortable. A large deck off the living room is the
perfect place to relax and watch the dolphins swim by or gaze at the
stars. Another great "viewing" spot is the balcony off the master
bedroom or just stay in bed and watch the sun sparkel across the
water.

Fall (8/31 - 11/2): $830/week; $125/day (3 day min)

Winter (11/2-3/8/2014):  $640/week...$120/day...$1300/month*
     *Monthly rate is based on 28 consecutive days (4 weeks - Sat-Sat)

Rates do not include $85 cleaning, 12% tax & $300 refundable damage deposit
