Relax with your family and kids & small pet in our 3 bedroom, 1.5 bath fully-equipped waterfront mobile home with Wi-Fi, Netflix, & Roku TV. Enjoy fishing and nature right from the dock, or take the kayaks out and explore the area.  Bring your boat and launch it at nearby Riverbreeze Park and tie off at our private deep-water floating dock, just minutes from great fishing!

Experience Mosquito Lagoon's world-class fishing or explore the estuaries and islands as a variety of waterbirds, manatees and even dolphins frequent this area year-round.  Fun & supplies are a short drive away at area bait & tackle shops, grocery stores, restaurants and pubs.Grill up the day's catch or your favorite foods while relaxing with friends on our outdoor patio, or play lawn games, such as horseshoes, badminton, or croquet.

    Weekly Rate: $500/wk, except event weeks.

    Speed Weeks & Bike Week: $700/wk. Weekly rentals only - See their website for dates.

    Weekend:  Fri/Sat/Sun: $200

    Daily: $100/night, 2 night minimum

    Monthly rate:  $1200/mo. Includes November, December, January, and April.

    Cleaning fee:  $50

    Pet Fee, $50 - for one pet under 15lbs with approval

    Rates do not include 12.5% Tax.

May 1 – October 30:

    Weekly Rate: $300/wk, except event weeks.

    Biketoberfest Week:  $400/wk.  Weekly rentals only - See their website for dates.

    Weekend:  Fri/Sat/Sun: $140

    Daily: $70/night, 2 night minimum

    Monthly rate:  $1000/mo. Includes May, June, July, August, and September.

    Cleaning fee:  $50

    Pet Fee, $50 - for one pet under 15lbs with approval

    Rates do not include 12.5% Tax.

Reservation/Security Deposit:
$200 reservation deposit required, $500 for monthly. This deposit converts to a security deposit at check in.  Balance must be paid 30 days prior to check in. Security deposit is refunded to you within two weeks after check out.

Check in time after 4:00 p.m. Check out time is 10:00 a.m.
Special check-in / check-out times are often available upon request.

Cancellation Fee:
$25.00 with 30 days or more notice.
$200.00 with less than 30 day notice.

Payment Terms:
VISA, MasterCard, Discover cards accepted, personal checks accepted, add 14 days to clear bank. Balance must be paid 30 days prior to check in.  Note: Until confirmed, rates are subject to change without notice.  Pool shown not available.
