Cozy cottage located within a gated community in Beach
Dreams Resort. This cottage has 2 bedrooms (one with a queen bed
and the other with twin bunk beds), Living Room with a Queen sleep
sofa, fully applianced kitchen, full bathroom, and enclosed
screened/glass three season porch to take in the fresh ocean air.
This cottage is very close to one of the property pools.

Beach Dreams resort has activities to meet everyone's needs including two heated swimming pools, a kiddie pool, and an extra large Jacuzzi. Enjoy the "Dream Club" where you can work out in the fitness center, play air hockey, video or board games, watch a movie or a "big" game on the large flat screen tv. Outdoor amenities include tennis, basketball, and Bocce' Ball courts and walking trails. This resort is in close proximity to a number of beautiful beaches including Wells, Crescent, Footbridge, Oqunquit, and is approximately one mile from Moody Beach. There are a tremendous amount of other attractions and activities nearby such as York Wild Animal Kingdom, golfing, deep sea fishing, kayaking, Rachel Carson Natural Estuary Preserve, whale watching, antique shops, fantastic restaurants, arcades, miniature golf, and shopping. Beach Dreams is on the Wells trolley stop which is an easy, enjoyable way to get around the area.

Early Summer 2010 June 18 2012 - June 29, 2012 $ 800/week $125/night

Summer ~ Peak Season - June 30 - September 3, 2012 -- $1200 per week

Fall ~ September 4 - October 31, 2012 $800/week or $125/night (2 night minimum)

50% deposit required to reserve, $75 cleaning fee
7% State of Maine Lodging Tax additional.

10% discount on multi-week rental.
