Vacation Rental Description

ramp.  Canalfront home with 220 feet of deep water dockage located 
on the main channel of the subdivision (point lot).
Well maintained home with nice furnishings.  Recently updated 
kitchen with new countertops, cabinents, large snack bar off living 
& dining room for family entertaining.  Views of canal and overlooks 
a private estate from the main living areas, master suite, screened 
in patio.

Second bedroom has three beds, one queen and two twins.
Master has queen bed size and private bath.

Downstairs has large storage/utility room for tackle & freezer for 
bait.  Just bring your boat & gear!
Plenty of carport space, nicely landscaped, concrete dock with 
davits.  220 feet of concrete seawall, quick access to Bay and ocean 
via channel two and channel five.

Vacation Rental Rates

$5,000. per month (cap on utilities of $150. for water & electric)
2007-2008 rental term available starting on October 1, 2007 thru 
April, 2008.  Possibly available for the month of May for long term 
tenant.  Minimum 2-3 month rental.
One time cleaning fee of $300.
Transient tax applied if less than six months of 11.5%
Tenant pays for telephone, cable TV
