and pets..Plenty of fenced grass area for dogs to play.  Huge patio area for sun bathing, 
reading or BBQ with family and friends..Clean, Clean, Clean!!
This property has another (2) bedroom house right next door exactly like these pictures. 
Great for large families or reunions. Grandma and Grandpa with the kids in one house 
brothers and Sisters/Husbands in the other house..  

Famous Pacific Beach only (2) short blocks to the sandy beaches of the Pacific Ocean....
This two bedroom house is newly decorated tropical "Tommy Bahama" style. Master 
Bedroom Queen bed, (2nd) bedroom twin beds, Leather sofa has queen size convertable 
bed in living room. Oak hardwood floors and full service kitchen. (1) extras off street 
parking space for ($50.)

San Diego has it all...Sea World, Zoo, Wild Animal Park, Knott's 
Soak City, Historical Landmarks, Parks, Museums, Gaslamp Quarter

napkins. We are very pet friendly. 
Costco close for provisioning.

Balance due (60) days prior to check-in.
Rates are not refundable w/in 60 days prior to stay unless house is rebooked.
