Vacation Rental Description

Why stay in a cramped hotel room when you can have the space, 
amenities and security of a condo for less?

Welcome to Daytona Beach Shores. Sit on your private sixth floor 
balcony and enjoy the view while watching the waves. Play a game of 
tennis or relax by the pool.

The condo is located directly across the street from the beach at 
the border of the "Drive-on" and "Car-free" beach, enjoy either. Sun 
Glow Fishing Pier is a short walk away and a great place to watch 
the surfers while enjoying breakfast or having a cool drink.  
Walk to restaurants and pubs.   

The interior of the condo has been redone and has new carpet, tile 
and bathroom fixtures.  It is very well appointed and comfortable.  
Ceiling fans throughout, neutral carpet, tiled kitchen and bathroom 
floors. The 6th condo has a view of the ocean and intercoastal 
waterway. There are 2 elevators and secure entrance. Go deep sea 
fishing at Ponce inlet and enjoy seafood dishes at Aunt Catfish's 
restraunt. Non Smoking and no pets.

Three-night minimum required; Plus 12.5% Tax; Cleaning Fee:

Special event weeks: $1300 and up depending on event and nights
