Condo in famous Green Valley Resort area, St. George, with an  
unobstructed view overlooking four incredible pools, (indoor, lap  
pool , diving and children’s wading pool) basketball, volleyball and  
playgrounds.  This second floor condo has easy access with either  
private elevator or stairs.  Washer & dryer, ironing board and iron  
is of course included.  The comforts of a luxurious hotel,  
4 bedrooms 3 baths, huge (family room/grate room) including big  
screen TV, VCR/DVD, as well as spacious covered deck(34x12) with  
patio furniture and barbeque grill  overlooking pools and  
activities.  Comfortably sleeps nine people.  Wheel chair accessible  
with elevator to 2nd floor. No smoking or pets please. 
 
 
Oversized kitchen & dining room  
Fully furnished for both large and small groups including bar  
stools for casual meals.  Dishes, cooking utencils, linens and  
towels are all provided.       
 
Living Room/Grate Room 
Spacious area to relax with two overstuffed sofas, chairs, reading  
lamps and 54” large screen Cable TV, including VCR/DVD.   
 
Main Bath.   
Tiled counter top with drawers and tub/shower combination. 
 
Tasteful Master bedroom  
Includes walk-in closet and a huge private wrap-around master  
bathroom includes tiled with double sinks, shower and oversize  
bathtub.  Sliding glass doors provide entrance to spacious covered  
deck.   Furnishings include beautiful bedspread,  800 count satin  
sheets,  night stands and… sofa  for reading or just relaxing  
watching cable TV on 32” screen.

Just off the main entrance and spacious enough for comfort with king  
size bed,  night stands, wood shutters on windows and a spacious  
private walk-in bathroom including shower.  And, of course 800 count

Rental Policies and DepositS: 
 
1% City Sales Tax 
$95 Cleaning Fee 
 
Credit card number required for security/damage/pool key. 
 
Fifty percent down required to reserve.  Balance due 60 days prior  
to arrival date.  Fifty per cent refund up to 31 days prior to  
arrival.  No refund  after 30 days prior to arrival date except   
1% City Sales Tax and Cleaning Fee.
