Rattlesnake Hammock Road one mile East of US 41 in the Marwood
condominiums. The Marwood is a seven building complex with four
units per building, most owner occupied. The heated community pool
has a cabana with Bbq and bathrooms.

While there is no elevator, the condo is just 15 steps up from
the pool and the view is worth the climb. The fully screened lanai
offers an expansive view of our meandering lake and the Royal Palm
and Hibiscus Golf Courses. Enjoy spectacular
sunrises and sunsets,
watching the shore birds come to land on the lake.

The master bedroom opens onto the lanai and has a full view of
the water. Both bedrooms are large and private, each with it’s own
bathroom. There is a washer and dryer in the master bath. The master
bedroom has a king bed and the second TV with cable and DVD. The
second bedroom has a queen size bed and TV with DVD .

The living room has a queen sleeper sofa and an entertainment
center with 27” Sony flat screen TV with cable and DVD. The living
and dining room have cathedral ceilings. The kitchen has new
appliances, dishwasher, microwave, coffee maker, toaster and all the
essentials.
The condo is approximately 1100 square feet, and is best suited
for one couple and occasional guests. No smokers please and no pets.

$50 Non-refundable condo application/registration fee.
$100 cleaning fee is required at the time of booking.
$500 refundable security deposit (returned 1-2 weeks after check-
out, less damages)
