Laguna at Tarramar Beach in Galveston

Welcome to our brand new 1400 sq ft home in beautiful Tarramar
Beach. Our home is located 15 min from 61st and Seawaall and all the
congestion. Our home has beautiful partial beach views from the top deck and
the bay is visable from the garage breezeway. This subdivision is
very quiet and kid friendly for walking to the beach, fishing pier,
pool,boat launch or pavillion.

Our brand new home has three bedrooms and two baths. This house
sleeps 12 with 6 adults and 1-6 children. The master retreat upstairs
has a king size bed and its own private covered balcony. This room
also has it own TV, cable, and dvd player. The second room has a
queen size bed and our bunk room has two sets of twin bunk beds that
the kids will love. Our living room has a queen sofa sleeper and a
very comfortable futon with a serta mattress.

The kitchen is ideal for entertaining or a large family. There is a
built in microwave and dishwaher. The kitchen has dishes pots and pan
and bakeware. There is a full size washer and dryer.

The patio has patio furniture with a large table and the downstairs
breezeway has a picnic table and charcoal grill.

The west end has the best beaches,fishing or strolling on the beach.
You are just a few minutes away from all the activities of Galveston
City such as the new Schlitterbahn, Moody Gardens, the Strand or the
ship ports.
The subdivision has a pool, fishing pier, boat launch, pavilion and
of course our beach. Bring your bikes, skates, beach toys and enjoy.
