Vacation Rental Description

Islandia I is one of the most sought after buildings on S. 
Hutchinson Island.  The property offers full security with a 24 hour 
Manned Guard gate to greet you upon your arrival. The elegant decor 
of the Lobby adds a certain warmth and the keyed entrance provides 
added security for each resident.  Private and secured walkway to 
the ocean. All lobby, social room, elevators and excercise areas 
have been fully remodeled over the past year using modern interior 
design.  This unit offers a stunning 5th floor elevated view 
overlooking the beach and the Atlantic Ocean (50 yds from your 
bedroom and living room balconys.) All Master and Second Bedrooms 
were newly furnished (July 2007), as was the living room.  The 
Kitchen was fully remodeled in July 2007, with new wooden cabinets, 
stainless steel appliances, granite counter tops, breakfast nook 
with stools and custom lazy-susan. The interior flooring is newly 
designed with 20" porcelain tiles throughout the Living Room, Dining 
Room, Kitchen and Hallway (June 2007.)  Master Suite has a King Size 
Bed with crema marfil marble and new camode in the bathroom. Leather 
sofa is equiped with a fold-out bed for guests.  Residents meet 
every 2nd and 4th Friday of the month for a friendly meet-n-greet 
informal diner in the social room.  The ambiance is one of luxury, 
relaxation and congenial residents.

Vacation Rental Amenities

2 Olympic sized pools on premise, with her and his private showers.  
On-site Tennis courts.  Fully equiped excercise room with enclosed 
suana.  Billiard room. 24 hour Maned Guard Gate.  On-site Car Wash, 
boat storage and social room.  Office Manager and maintenance staff 
available 5 days per week.  Parking for 2 cars.

Activities and Attractions

Golf, tennis, jogging, swimming, fishing, boating, scuba diving,
surfing, water skiing, beach front parks, fine dining, bicycling, 
shopping.

10 minutes to local Publix Grocery store and Treasure Coast Mall 
shopping.

1 1/2 hours drive to Disney and Universal Theme Parks.

Vacation Rental Rates

Peek Season: 
January 1 to April 30: $3,400.00 per month (3 month rental minimum.)

Off Season: 
May 1 to December 31: $1,700.00 per month (3 month rental minimum.)

An applicable Florida Tourism tax (11.5%) will be charged. 
25% deposit will be due when reservation is made for the unit.  
Balance is to be paid in full prior to occupancy. 

**Yearly Rental starting at: $1,500.00 per month (does not include 
electricity, phone or other utilities) building maintenance fee 
included.  First/Last and security deposit due when rental agreement
