lower mainland location, making it a year round vacation choice for

U.S/Canada border and approx. 35 min. from downtown Vancouver.

Mid Season.. $2500 Canadian Dollars ( Oct, March, April.)
 
Low Season ..  (All other dates; e-mail for great deals) 


Minimum 1 Week booking (7 nights).

$500 Can. dollars damage deposit due upon arrival; cash or bank 
draft); returned upon deparature.

Check in 3pm, check out 11am (flexible where possible) at time of 
booking: 50% of total balance due immediately to confirm booking. 
Remainder of balance due 45 days prior to check in date.

Cancellation: all monies received fully refunded (less $100 handling 
fee) if cancelled 35 days prior to check in date. 

Housekeeping fee of $200.00 Can., due at time of booking.
