Week $3000.00 Canadian dollars
Mid Season.. $2500 Canadian Dollars ( Oct, March, April.)
Low Season .. (All other dates; e-mail for great deals)
Minimum 1 Week booking (7 nights).
$500 Can. dollars damage deposit due upon arrival; cash or bank
draft); returned upon deparature.
Check in 3pm, check out 11am (flexible where possible) at time of
booking: 50% of total balance due immediately to confirm booking.
Remainder of balance due 45 days prior to check in date.

Cancellation:

Due to the nature of our business, we get most of our bookings 3 months in advance. Should you cancel your reservation after 90 days prior to arrival we have a "no refund" policy unless we are able to book the house for the same dates that you had reserved. In this case, we will refund 100% of the deposit.

Housekeeping fee of $200.00 Can., due at time of booking.
