Vacation Rental Description

This comfortable house, with a boat slip, is located on a 
canal/lake, 20 minutes from the river.  The pool is solar heated and
is located in the screened in lanai facing the canal.  It is in
peaceful and quiet surroundings as the Nature Preserve is nearby. 
The master bedroom, with an on suite bathroom, is located on one side of
the house for privacy and opens to the pool and canal. Also, as you
step through the front door you see a beautiful view of the water
through the sliding glass doors in the living/dining room.  Shopping
and restaurants are nearby. 

Vacation Rental Amenities

Solar heated pool,  full kitchen, refrigerator, microwave, 
gas grill (BBQ), airconditioning, fans, linen, washer, dryer,  two 
car garage, tableware, pots, cable TV, DVD, Internet and local
telephone service.

Activities and Attractions

Biking, boating, cinema, swimming, snorkling, shopping, restaurants, 
golfing. 

Vacation Rental Rates

$950 weekly and $3,000 monthly - November to April
775 weekly and $2,750 monthly - June to August
$650 weekly and $2,600 monthly - May, Sept and October
plus cleaning cost of $120 and 11% tax on all rentals

A 30% deposit on the rental fee is required to confirm reservation 
with the remainder due 6 weeks before the arrival date.
A $200 security deposit is also required for weekly rental and a 
$500 security deposit is required for monthly rentals.
