laundry facilities on the same floor. 24 hr. security. Parking
provided on outside deck. Supermarket, restaurants, other convenience
stores across building.
Daytona International airport: 4 miles.

Community and kiddie pools overlooking the ocean. Private access and
exit to Daytona Beach. Central air throughout the building.Exercise
room.

more: $450 per wk.
April- September: $650 per wk.
October-December: $600 per wk.
Event weeks: $1050 per wk.
Easter week: $650 per wk.
Minimum 5 nights charge on any rental week.
Add 12.5% tax to any rental fee.
Cleaning fee: $60.

Pets allowed. Only pets that can be carried  out or wheeled out in a pet carrier are allowed. Pet fee: $60. Security: $200.
