Vacation Rental Description

   A charming, updated house in the Utopian community of Old 
Fairhope, Alabama.  Nano Cottage has three bedrooms and two baths 
and is only three blocks from beautiful Mobile Bay, and less than an 
hour away from pristine Gulf beaches. A large deck and latticed 
screened porch, plus the spacious living room with fireplace, 
provide year-round enjoyment both inside and out. 
    Fairhope is a year-round favorite spot for art, walking, golf, 
tennis, boating, fishing or just relaxing. There are two dozen top 
golf courses within an hour's drive, including courses on the Robert 
Trent Jones golf trail. 

    

Vacation Rental Amenities

   Fully furnished with many antiques, the house has a master 
bedroom with queen-sized bed, an antique double sleigh bed in the 
second bedroom, and a trundle bed, which can make the third bedroom 
either a sitting room, single or twin. We provide cable TV, DVD, 
linens, washer-dryer, fully equipped kitchen, ceiling fans, central 
air and heat.

Activities and Attractions

      Outdoor arts events and literary programs take place throughout
the year, making Fairhope a lively cultural center. Sports 
enthusiasts can play golf year round, fishing is always available 
and the Gulf beaches are forty minutes away. Boutique shopping is a 
Fairhope specialty; however, there are also several shopping malls 
within half an hour of the town. National and regional chains, such 
as Walmart, Bruno's, Winn Dixie, CVS, Walgreen's, video rentals, etc.
are located ten minutes away.

      Stroll the oak-shaded streets of the Fruit & Nut area, along 
the shores of Mobile Bay, or to the center of Old Fairhope, where 
you can sip a cappuccino, wander through antique stores and 
galleries, or visit some of America's best independent bookstores. 
Whether you're looking for downhome southern style or a more 
sophisticated experience, you can find it in Fairhope.
