This a gated private property overlooking Fern Ridge Wildlife Sanctuary and the Coastal Mountain
Range. Located just minutes from U of O campus, Downtown Eugene, and the Mahlon Sweet Airport. The
property has gated access to miles of easy walking trails through the Sanctuary which is a very well
known bird watching area. Also located 1.5 miles from the west eugene bike path, that completely
crosses Eugene. The cottage is a very clean, private, tranquil place to stay on the game reserve.
It consists of one large open space, with kitchen, queen bed and seating area.. Private bath with
shower.. Included are line dried linens, coffee beans, homemade muffins, wide screen satellite
television and wireless internet.Step outside the front door and into a nice hot tub or a relaxing
hand made Swedish Sauna.. Also a covered patio overlooking the mountains and Sanctuary to escape
from the summer sun or Oregon rain . Nice place to sit and read a good book.. $100.00 per night with
a 2 night minimum. No Pets please.
