cabin at the all season Boyne Mountain Ski Resort located between Boyne Falls and Boyne City. The cabin sleeps up to 16 with a separate walkout lower level. Skiing, golf, beach, water sports, fine dining, and Avalanche Bay Indoor Water Park are all nearby.
The home sits on almost two acres of Alpine Meadow and Austrian
Pines on the Monument Golf Course. The 26 foot long covered front porch faces west for spectacular sunset views of Boyne Mountain Monument Golf Course,
Deer Lake, and the forested hills beyond.
The home is in a private resort subdivision, The Mountain Club, at
Boyne Mountain Ski Resort. Homes in the sub range in value from the
500s to over 2 million. The Monument Golf Course is across the
street, Deer Lake is approximately half a mile away, and the
Mountain Grand Lodge / Avalanche Bay Indoor Water Park, and Boyne
Mountain Ski Resort village are about one and a half miles away by
road, (a half mile if you hike over the ski hills).
The cabin is approximately 4 miles from Lake Charlevoix and downtown
Boyne City, 18 miles from Petoskey, and 23 miles from Gaylord.
The cabin is approximately 3200 finished square feet with Pella
windows, 9 foot ceilings on the main level, six panel natural wood
doors, and natural wood trim and Kohler fixtures through out. There
are 4 queen beds, 2 double beds, and 2 pullout double sofas. There
are 5 televisions with cable channels, 2 dvd players, 1 vhs player,
and designer ceiling fans in the main level bedrooms, loft and great
room.
The main level has a 22 foot high great room with a knotty pine
peaked ceiling, and large wood burning stone fireplace with a
natural timber mantel. The island kitchen and breakfast room have
custom maple cabinets, granite counter tops, and stainless steel
appliances. The master suite comes with a walk in closet and Jacuzzi
tub and shower in the main bath. There is a 2nd large bedroom with
adjoining private tub bath. The main level also has a third bath
with shower, and 1st floor laundry room. There is also a loft
bedroom that overlooks the great room.
The separate walkout lower level has: 8+ foot ceilings, a full
kitchen with breakfast area, a large bedroom with walk in closet, a
large family room, full bath with shower, and large finished
recreation room with a ping pong table.
12 maximum occupants allowed. No smokers, and no pets.  Security deposit and cleaning fee required. Seasonal and Yearly rentals are also available.

jacuzzi tub, first floor laundry, and one garage parking space and 2 outdoor parking spaces. The cabin is beautifully decorated and is on a large 1.5+ acre lot with ferns, wild flowers and Austrian Pines. The rec-room has a ping
pong table for extra fun. Kitchens are stocked with dishes, glasses, utensils, pots and pans, coffee makers, toasters, and a crock pot. Bed linnen, towels, and basic household supplies such as: TP, kleenex, paper towels, hand
and shower soap,and dishwasher detergent are included. There is also
a portable propane barbeque. Wireless Internet. All the comforts of home are there for
your convenience.

Located on the Boyne Mountain Resort Monument Golf Course, midway between Downtown Boyne City and Boyne Falls. Skiing, golf, dining, shopping, watersports, hiking, biking, site-seeing, and Avalanche Bay Indoor Water Park are all very near by.
