When you look out the large sliding doors at the back of the house,the first thing you'll see is the pool with a waterfall flowing over rocks into the pool. Right away you'll know that you have arrived at a very special place. This serene setting is located just a few minutes from downtown Key West and all it has to offer, yet you will have the peace and quiet that comes with a home in this exclusive gated community. The first floor is open and spacious: there are windows everywhere. And as soon as you set foot in this home you'll realize that no expense was spared to make this the ultimate in elegant tropical living. From the exotic leather upholstered dining chairs to the large sailboat on the sofa table, each detail reveals the care that went into decorating this home.

The kitchen is fully equipped and will satisfy the demands of the most ambitious chef. There is a big bar where everyone can belly up to the counter for a casual breakfast; admire the cooking skills of the family chef, or just have a couple drinks with friends. For those who have had a little too much liquid refreshment, there is a powder room off the front hall.

The the first bedroom is on the first floor. The other three bedrooms are all located on the second floor. Each has been thoughtfully furnished, with touches of tropical whimsy. Each has its own breezy veranda for a peaceful moment before starting your day. The master bedroom has its own in-suite bathroom and there is another full bathroom for the other two bedrooms.

The large back porch steps down to a deck surrounding the pool with its soothing waterfall: The perfect way to begin or end any day. The tropical landscaping has been carefully designed and tended. You'll be struck with its lushness and your resulting privacy. You can enjoy your own pool or walk to the spectacular community pool a couple blocks up the road.

This home includes washer/dryer, central A/C and overhead fans throughout. Cable television is included. Expanded digital cable service and high-speed cable Internet access are available on request. Maid and/or linen service is available on a daily or weekly basis at additional cost.
