'Colorful Conch' has a beautiful pool, nestled in the lush landscaping of the private back yard. Just down the block, you’ll find the very large resort-style heated swimming pool with waterfall, complete with lounge chairs in a beautifully landscaped cabana pool garden area. You can rinse off in the outdoor showers. There are also restrooms and a fitness room in the clubhouse just a few steps away.
