Vacation Rental Description

Aloha and Mahalo for visiting our listing!  Currently we are running a $739/wk discount for Sep  
(9/21-9/30 vacancy).  'Click' above to send an email or call the number listed to reserve or

Located in the heart of Waikiki just one block from Waikiki Beach, we are offering a comfortable,  
furnished, and air conditioned one bedroom, one bathroom condominium complete with ready-to-use  
kitchen on the corner of the 21st floor. 
 
Our unit has one queen bed, one sleeper sofa, and a full bathroom with full combo tub/shower.  The  
unit is spacious with kitchen, living room, and lanai seating, and offers fantastic Diamond Head,  
partial ocean, and recreation deck views.  Cable TV, DVD player, clean linens, towels, cooking  
supplies, and dishware are provided for your use. 
 
We have provided beach chairs, boogie board, kids beach toys, and coolers for your long days  
at the beach or island touring.

Vacation Rental Amenities

The recently renovated, resort-like facility at Waikiki Banyan includes a computer/internet  
service center, recreation deck with a large pool, hot tubs, sauna, putting/practice green,  
basketball court, tennis court, playground equipment, bar-b-que grills with outdoor table seating,  
and snack bar.  The onsite tour desk and weekly activity guidebooks can provide options for any  
occasion. 
 
There is also a covered garage for parking with one free stall available, laundry facilities, and  
a convenience store.

Waikiki offers endless summertime activities for all walks of life including combing the world- 
renown beaches, watersports, golfing, shopping, eclectic dining, the Honolulu Zoo, Waikiki  
Aquarium, hiking and jogging trails, art displays, and non-stop nightlife.  Other popular choices  
include shopping, sightseeing, kayaking, sailing/boating, parasailing, jet skiing, swimming,  
snorkling/diving, fishing, biking, and beach volleyball. 
 
Oahu's popular sights or locations accessible by bus, shuttle, cab, or rental car include the  
Pearl Harbor & USS Arizona Memorial, Polynesian Cultural Center, Hanauma Bay, Sea Life Park, the  
North Shore beaches, Historic Haleiwa Town, and the Ala Moana Shopping Center.
