The Hauula Lanai is located in Hale Koolau, a family owned & operated group of ocean & beach front vacation rental homes in Honolulu, Hawaii located in the fishing town of Hauula on Oahu's North Shore near the Polynesian Cultural Center, Turtle Bay, Kualoa Ranch, and many other wonderful Oahu attractions. We are located approximately 45 minutes from 

Honolulu International Airport on the North East coast of Oahu; where the Koolau Mountains touch the Pacific Ocean. Our community of single family homes, small shops, and quaint restaurants is very different from the high rise retail/ tourist center of Waikiki. With hiking trails and unspoiled reefs, we offer a glimpse of the Oahu of yesteryear with convenient access to the night life and modern pleasures of Honolulu & Waikiki.

The Hauula Lanai "Balcony over Hauula" is a very large (1200+ sf living area) private 2 bedroom, 1 bath, centrally air-conditioned direct oceanfront beach house with dramatic views of the entire Hauula Bay & Koolau Mountains from its expansive (500+sf) private oceanfront lanai (balcony). The living area is richly decorated with warm tropical & plantation style furniture and enjoys wrap-around breath-taking ocean views. There is a queen size futon, plantation chair, and 2 arm chairs in the living room which is adjacent to the Kitchen & dining area featuring a teak dining table & seating for four. The Hauula Lanai has a completely remodeled (2006) kitchen has granite countertops, stainless steel stove/range, microwave, fridge, and all the cooking utensils you need to prepare a complete meal. The main bedroom has great ocean, mountain, & garden views and features a teak & bamboo King size bedroom set. The 2nd bedroom has a queen size bed with pillow top mattress and enjoys garden views. All areas of the home have ceiling fans and air-conditioning, however they are rarely necessary as this home enjoys wonderful tropical breezes year around. The spacious and airy Hauula Lanai is by far our most private and the perfect place
to relax "Hawaiian Style."

We charge a flat rate of $2,099.00 for reservations covering Christmas or New Year's Holiday.  This rate covers up to 7 nights.  Additional nights are billed at the normal nightly rate.  Christmas reservations must vacate by December 29 and New Years reservations cannot arrive earlier than December 29.  Reservations which include both Christmas and New Years are billed a flat rate of $4,198.00 and cover up to 14 nights.  Additional nights are billed at the normal rate.

TERMS:

All rates quoted are based upon four (4) person occupancy and are charged based upon the amount of nights you stay.

Absolute minimum requirement for booking a reservation is three (3) nights.

Minimum requirement for Christmas, New Year's, Thanksgiving, Easter and BYU Graduation (Spring) is 7 nights.

Minimum requirement for Memorial Day, Labor Day and Fourth of July is 5 nights.

Add $15.99 daily charge for each additional guest over four (4) person occupancy up to a maximum of six (6) people, including children over 1 year of age..

One (1) parking stall is provided per vacation home. Extra parking may be ordered through owner's secure online booking system. 

Add a $104.71 one-time cleaning fee, a $14.99 Reservation Fee and $7.99/night Facilities Fee to all reservations.
