3 night minimum or slight increase in rate. Will consider 1-2 nights
rental. Rates subject to change until confirmed.
Add 10.35% tax to rates. $65.00 exit cleaning fee. Daily cleaning can
be arranged if you desire, for an additional fee. There is a $300
refundable security deposit required to hold your reservation &
confirm your dates.
Full payment is required 45 days in advance of stay.
