We LOVED staying in this beautiful open, loft unit so close to the beach. The accommodations were perfect for our family. Our children are 10 and 14. It was so convenient to get up each morning and walk to the beach. I think I counted 100 steps from front step to sand. Enjoyed a morning walk every day we were there. It was wonderful to come and go from beach to apartment without worrying about parking and parking fees.

Great restaurants nearby. Loved spending an evening on Abbott & Kinney. Food shopping close by as well. We enjoyed the central location to attractions and friends in the area. Stand up Paddle Boarding at Marina Del Rey. Dodgers game. We loved staying here and the owners were especially helpful and enjoyable. We would definitely go back and stay again!

The unit is in bad condition

We booked the unit for three nights but had to leave on the first night because of multiple technical problems that the owner was not able to resolve. Overall we had a very bad experience with the unit and its owner.

The subject unit is a beautiful loft located in an excellent location
It is a very sought after unit
The review is written almost EIGHT MONTHS after the guest stayed there
It is written for the sole purpose of hurting us and our business and is baseless
The only real technical problem that existed is the mistake we made in renting to the guest

The guest and his wife and their 3 children checked in on Thanksgiving eve about 5 PM
When they checked in they praised the unit
At about 10 PM the central heating did not work, a fact that was new to us
We immediately promised to bring an A/C contractor the morning after, on Thanksgiving day, and fix the problem
We also gave them portable heaters to use and offered them to move for 1 night to a comparable beautiful unit in Santa Monica
They refused and decided to move out

Since then they did everything in their control to badmouth the unit and us
This is only another attempt to do so

The location is excellent becuse it is a short walk to the pier, groceries, and restaurants on washington. It is also walking distance to the famous Venice Canals and to the Boardwalk Shops with its street performers. It is surprisingly quiet and has cleverly designed views of the breaking surf to remind you that you are indeed next to the ocean. It is bright,airy and modern with all the comforts of home. Garage parking for one car is really a blessing since parking in the area is difficult. We quickly felt at home and found the surroundings very comfortable and relaxing. Great place to hang out for an extended stay.
