Vacation Rental Description

Lovely 2 bedroom apartment,living room/dining room, kitchen, 1 full 
bathroom, newly remodeled,luminous,large finished balcony with view 
of the city and partial view of the Black Sea, A/C, great lighting, 
conveniently located downtown, close to shops, entertainment, 
restaurants, a 5 min walk to the beach.The large living room is 
nicely furnished in Romanian artizan style with oriental rugs on the 
tiled floor.The masterbedroom opens up on the balcony, the furniture 
is modern with Romanian art accents and a nice combination of 
colors.The 2nd bedroom is pastel painted with gold organza curtains 
and a comfortable sofa. The bathroom is modern, all new fixtures.

 Full kitchen, gas stove, full refrigerator,coffee maker,microwave, 
cooking utensils, TV cable, A/C in all 3 rooms,living room sleeper 
sofa[double], coffee table, queen size bed in the masterbedroom, 
full armoire,sleeper sofa in the 2nd bedroom[double], armoire, 
bedlinens provided, towels, washing machine, drying rack,organza and 
voile sheer curtains, halogen lights, iron, ironing table.
30 min car ride/45 min bus ride from Constanta Rail Station, towards 
the South, taxis,vans and other private transportation available 
near by. 10 min ride to the Bulgarian border,150 km to 
Varna/Bulgaria],300 km to Bucharest.  

Activities and Attractions

 Tourists flood the Romanian Black Sea's resorts during the summer 
months, till late Sept. All resorts are very close to each other, 
one can drive through all of them on the way, or take the short 
highway from Constantza to Mangalia.The beautiful sandy beaches are 
accessible within 5 min walk from the apt.The Black Sea is clean and 
the swimming is great.The best hours are before and after noon.
The town's produce market is few feet away from the building's 
entrance. There are numerous street vendors selling delicious 
watermelon and cantaloupe. The bakeries sell wonderfully tasting 
breads and pastry specialties.A ride to Constantza and N to Mamaia 
is a whole day trip, worthwhile.There are lots of night clubs 
everywhere,restaurants, live music. The walks by the sea are great.  

Vacation Rental Rates

 300-375 Euros/wk for 1-2 only July and August 2007. Additional 
guests 75 Eu/wk per guest.
 245-270 Euros/wk for 1-2 only September 2007. Additional guests 55 
Euros/wk per guest.
 Cleaning fee: 20 Euros or 5 Eu/hr.  Low season 
rates available.Long term rental rates negotiable.
 50% security deposit required in order to make a reservation, 
reimbursable at the end of the stay, upon inspection of the property.
 No pets, no handicapped accessible. Smoking allowed outdoors-
balcony available.
