Vacation Rental Description

This home is already booked for Jan- March 2009.
Special** May - October $525/ Week, 2 Week Special $975 or $1300/ Month
2 Bedroom/2 Bathrooms Charming Patio Villa “The Village Alhambra" section 
of "The Villages".  There is a King size bed in the Master bedroom 
suite and a queen size bed in the guest bedroom. Fully equipped 
kitchen with pots & pans, dishes, glasses, small appliances, 
microwave, stove, refridgerator, dishwasher, bistro table for 2, 
Dining room table that seats 4. Washer/ dryer included. Living 
room has a leather sofa & chair along with an entertainment center 
with TV, DVD & VCR. The front porch is screened with a table and 4 
chairs. Includes your own personal golf cart. Towels and Linens also 
included.   This section is located off El Camino Real onto Botello 
Ave to Duran Drive.
 Minutes from the main square includes all the amenities that 
The Villages have to offer.

Vacation Rental Amenities

Amenities include Free golf on 20 executive courses. The 9+
championship courses require a fee. There are 3 Olympic-size pools 
as well as 9 Adult pools and 5 Family pools, two smoke-free 32-lane 
bowling alleys, 2 polo fields, 4 softball fields, billiard tables, 
many excellent restaurants, shopping areas, supermarkets, churches 
two 8-screen movie theaters, nightly entertainment on the 2 Town 
Squares, dancing, several tennis courts, boccie, shuffleboard, etc. 
The Villages Regional Hospital as well as medical services are also 
located in the community, which also has it's own TV and Radio 
stations as well as it's own daily Newspaper and Chamber of 
Commerce.

Activities and Attractions

We are located approximately 1 hour north of Orlando and all the 
attractions including Disney's Magic Kingdom, Sea World, Animal 
Kingdom, Epcot, Universal Studios, MGM Studios, etc.  We are also 
approximately 1 hour to the east coast and Daytona Beach.

The Villages charges a $50.00 processing fee for 2 guest passes 
which give you access to the Executive golf courses and recreational 
pools, it also allows you to pay a reduced rate to play on the 
Champioship golf courses and gain entrance to the Country Club pools.

November - December 2008  $1700.00/Monthly Plus Tax

January-March 09       $2650.00 MONTHLY RENTAL ONLY plus tax
April 09               $1800.00 MONTHLY plus tax
                       $ 750.00 WEEKLY plus tax

* Rent shall be paid two weeks IN ADVANCE of your check in date, if paying by check; or you may pay 
with cash, cashier’s check or money order on your check- in date.
* 7% Florida Sales Tax and 4% tourist bed tax applied to total.
* 500.00 reservation/security deposit required to hold the property for the time requested. 
* There is one time cleaning fee of $75.00 that is taken out of the security deposit. The rest of 
the security deposit ($425) will be returned in about 2 weeks after your departure date as long as 
the walk thru is satisfied.  
* If you bring your pet we require a $150.00 non-refundable fee per pet. 
Weight limits & breed restriction apply.
* The Villages charge a $50.00 fee for ID cards to use their 
facilities.
